Jemma has worked with a variety of GB and national teams and has been fortunate to travel all over the world whilst working as a Sports Physio.
She is now proud to have built a clinical practice where compassion, care and empathy provide effective treatment for a wide variety of people.
Jemma now works with her fabulous team to help them develop and grow. Sharing her knowledge, skills and ethos through 121 and CPD sessions.

Sarah completed her MSc in Physiotherapy in 2024 with 4 years of experience as a Sports Therapist in private practice before that. She has excellent hands on manual therapy skills and combines soft tissue work with rehabilitation to ensure patients feel better in the short and long term. She is a former professional dancer and enjoys travelling, cycling and walking outside of work.

Hips, knees, tendinopathy/tendon health in women and adolescent MSK assessment and rehab.

Physiotherapist
Nida is a dedicated Physiotherapist passionate about helping patients recover, restore mobility, and enhance quality of life. She holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Faisalabad (Pakistan) and an MSc in Musculoskeletal Management, University of Central Lancashire (UCLan).
With expertise in rehabilitation, pain management, and manual therapy, Nida develops evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each person's needs. She embraces a patient-centred approach, blending hands on techniques to promote lasting recovery and well-being. Her interests lie with photography, travelling, reflecting her love for exploring new places and capturing meaningful moments.

Danielle qualified with an MSc in Physiotherapy in 2020, following studies in Sport and Exercise Science. She has previously worked in the NHS, the community, Football, and a Private Hospital, including post-op orthopaedic care.
Her interests out of work include Netball, Strength training, Pilates and Travel.

Sports Therapist and PA
Charlotte has a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy degree and a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy.
She is a passionate and skilled therapist with experience supporting both athletes and the general population in clinics and running events.
She can provide MSK assessments, rehabilitation plans and treatments, including Sports Massage, to help people with pain, recover from injuries, return to sport, and achieve their personal goals.
Outside of her work, she enjoys playing Netball and coaches for a local team in Preston

Neuro Physiotherpist
Amy graduated as a Physiotherapist in 2023 and has since developed a strong foundation in the NHS across a broad range of neuro and community based rehab and services.
She currently works within Learning Disability Services in the NHS using a range of neurological, rehab and postural management principles.
She offers a community home visit service for this clinic, helping anyone with mobility issues or who needs support in any capacity in the home environment.
Her passion is helping people to maximise their function, confidence and quality of life.
Outside the clinic, Amy enjoys playing Netball, strength training, walking and travelling.

Qualified Physiotherapist in 2025 with valuable postgraduate experience in private practice, providing a strong foundation in evidence based practice and patient-centred care. Valuable experience working in a variety of clinical settings, developing skills in assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation across a diverse patient population.
Experience in providing sports massage therapy, which supports her treatment approach to a variety of conditions. Hafsa is passionate about helping individuals achieve their physical goals, managing long-term conditions and enhancing overall well-being.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys exercise, reading, baking, and spending quality time with
friends and family.

Pilates and Yoga Instructor
Leah is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor with a background in dance and yoga, offering inclusive, strength-based sessions that focus on mobility, alignment, and mindful movement.
She has certifications in Mat, Reformer and Comprehensive Pilates, pre-/postnatal care,
scoliosis, and neurological conditions.
Leah blends technical precision with creativity and care. Expect sessions that are grounded, thoughtful, energising, with a focus on alignment, breath, and functional strength. Sessions are inclusive, adaptive, and rooted in a belief that movement should feel good and build confidence at any stage of life.
Outside the studio regularly practising yoga, Pilates, running, and strength training. She’s happiest when outdoors on a long walk, cooking, or at the theatre
and with friends.

Sports Massage Therapist
Vinny is a skilled therapist with a Level 3 qualification in Sports Massage and a background in Human Biology and Biochemistry. He takes a calm, client-focused approach to help people relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and recover from training.
Vinny enjoys an active lifestyle, spending his free time rock climbing, hiking, and playing guitar. His interest in movement and recovery translates into his hands-on, client-focused approach to massage.

Physio Assistant
Nevaeh is currently studying Sport BTEC at Newman College and looking to go on to study.
Physiotherapy at Manchester University.
She has played Netball from a young age and now coaches Netball at a club in Preston.
After a work experience placement at Jemma Oliver Physio, she was offered a part-time role as a Physio Assistant, where she helps with diary management, marketing designs and social media.
She is passionate about learning and developing to help improve people's quality of life.

Therapy Dog
Ted is a regular companion and addition at
Jemma's clinic at Galloways in Penwortham.
Popular among patients and excellent at providing therapeutic puppy support and cuddles.
Enjoys lots of attention, chew bars, doing minimal activity and being treated like a Prince.
